Creating a platform gives you a great opportunity, when a person is interested in a certain product just visit the platform and buy the product for example Amazon platform.
A good online platform should have a list of products, their description, price and others relative information about the product this informs the customer on how, what and how much the price is.

The most important advantage of using email is that if you send a person or an individual an email you get all the attention from this person hence you have to be smart while doing this.
