HOW TO WRITE A BUSINESS PROPOSAL AND GET FUNDS FROM ANY WHERE. PART 2.


Steps to consider while creating/writing a business plan for fund proposal;

– You must be kin on the amount of money your put in the plans as it all must balance.
– Search very well about the kind of the proposal you are creating as your perfection increase the funds.
– Always stick on your purpose as this is the main reason for the business plan, here I mean don’t stick on getting funds but on your purpose.
– Emphasis your point in the field of practical not theory as all business involves working.
– Let the business plan appear to be individual if individual and a group if you are organized as a group but not both.

Tips to attract an individual or a donor for donations;

– Organize your work in such a way that also unknown people or strangers desire to read it.
– Give really life examples or places through which your business is going to operate.
– Give amazing details which may even surprise or amaze the donors.
– Let you be honest on what you are writing about no just with the interest to get funds.
– Always be on the point to the donors as most of people are busy on other things.


The following is a step by step on how to compose or write a business plan in order to get funds.

1st. Form your heading in capital letters.
This must be very clear in order to attract the mind of donor in such a case you can even bold it.

2nd. Follow the heading with the table of contents, this include;
A) Executive Summary.
B) Business overview.
C) Market and Competition Analysis.
D) Sales and Marketing Strategies.
E) Owners and Management.
F) Operation plan.
G) Financial plan.
H) Future plan.
I) Conclusion.
Remember the table of contents most be in a capital letters.

3rd. Explain or discuss the table of contents in a more detailed and practical form.

A) Executive Summary.
This is like introducing yourself including your experiences, the work, what is the idea or business you are introducing. What is your uniqueness from other people doing the same idea or business.

B) Business overview.
This is explaining what really the business is about, the products or the services you have decided to deliver to the society discuss them in a form of raw material or capital this may also ask you discuss the all ideas in details.

C) Market and Competition Analysis.
Here you have to describe the of the market and your competitors in the same business in the place you are working and your target market including what you have to do to beat off your competitors.

D) Sales and Marketing Strategies.
This include the business revenue in terms of sales, expenses and profits, how to improve your sales and increase profits and what you are aiming to in order to influence the market.

E) Owners and Management.
The idea or business may be created by you as an individual or a group as you combine to give something worth.
Here you must name all the administrators of your business from the top to the bottom.

F) Operation plan.
This involves naming all the necessary labor as humans or equipment required to get started you may choose to price the labor inform of cost of the machines.

G) Financial plan.
This involves giving all the financial statement of your business if it’s new you have no way to panic as you can just list explaining the required capital.

H) Future plan.
This refers to how you are prepared for the future in terms of expanding the business and what will be required.

I) Conclusion.
This is rewriting what you have written in a paragraph of less than five lines.
